We are honored to participate in EAT250: America at the Table with a special collaboration between Maître Artisan and Chef Sébastien Giannini of L’Avant-Garde and Chef Andrew Ho of CUT by Wolfgang Puck.

Ode to Escoffier celebrates the enduring influence of French culinary traditions on American gastronomy through an elegant multi-course dinner inspired by technique, hospitality, and craftsmanship in the presence of honorary guest, Her Excellency, the Ambassador of Monaco.

Join us on June 25 at L’Avant-Garde for an evening honoring the culinary foundations that continue to shape the American table.

A small dish that says everything. French Riviera-style turned potatoes, candied lemon, capers, lemon beurre blanc. Classic technique, bright finish, the South of France in a few careful bites. This dish reminds us of a weekend well spent!

Spring lingers a little longer. Our four-course Asparagus Menu is staying on through the end of May: marinated tuna with cucumber gazpacho, burratina with citrus vinaigrette, seared Riviera branzino with white asparagus and beurre blanc, and Ultimate Chocolate to finish.
