*NEW* Ganjang Gejang: soy-marinated flower crabs served with warm rice, gim, apple kimchi, and crab fat butter

Rooted in Korea’s coastal traditions, this dish began as a way to preserve peak-season crab — and evolved into a delicacy known for its depth, balance, and natural sweetness.

Our marinade is layered with soy, scallion, chiles, apple, Asian pear, and anchovy — each element building toward a richer, sweeter finish.
