Born and raised in Mandeville, Jamaica Chef Paul's love for cooking started at a young age. What began as a genuine passion for bringing great food to the table grew into years of perfecting flavors, recipes, and the authentic Caribbean cooking he knows and loves.

Today, that same passion is at the heart of Gayle’s Caribbean Cuisine. From the bold seasonings to the slow cooked flavors and every plate prepared with care, this isn’t just about serving food. It’s about sharing a piece of home, culture, and tradition with every customer. 💛🖤💚
