Our gelato is made with 100% Bronte pistachios. Did you know Bronte pistachios are nicknamed "green gold"? Bronte pistachios make up only 1% of the world's pistachio production. Grown in the foothills of Mount Etna, they are smaller, more deeply green with a purply colored skin, and a more rich, concentrated flavor.
