Before preparing or eating food it is important to always wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds for general food safety. It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.

In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from food products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient, refrigerated, or frozen temperatures."

With the increasing concern and quickly changing nature of the Coronavirus, we would like to take a moment to update you on the added measures we are taking to ensure your heath and safety.

The health, wellness and safety of our guests and employees is always a very important priority at DC Taco Truck. As part of our commitment to make everyone feel comfortable while ordering, we have heightened the level of cleaning and amped up our focus to disinfect all areas of the truck, as well as increasing our hand washing and continued use of gloves on the truck at all times.

We are taking the concerns of the coronavirus very seriously here at DC Taco Truck. If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to call and ask. We look forward to seeing you soon!
