On Friday, October 2, Sushi Snob welcomes Yoko Suzuki of Hideyoshi Brewery for a special collaboration with Namazake Paul Imports.

Hideyoshi has been brewing sake in Akita, Japan since 1689, with more than 300 years of family craftsmanship behind every bottle.

For one night, we’re bringing that history to the counter with an 18-course omakase and curated sake pairing built around great fish, great sake, and the people behind it.
