Most things have been cleared out, ready for a new permanent tenant to take over.

We've been busy converting the Refinery 507 into another 100% event space in the Thyme on Main family.

She's ready 😉

We're located in downtown Waseca, Minnesota - Southern Minnesota.

Once a cafe, then restaurant + cocktail bar, this space offers an open layout and is versatile so it can be used for a variety of private events!

Indoor capacity is 99 with seating for up to 70 people.

Full catering, bar + staff can be added on to any event.

Tonight marks the final 'Build Your Own Burger Bar' at Refinery 507 -- the last chance to create your perfect combination. 🍔

HOWEVER, in case you missed it - the 'Refinery 507' will still be catering to all of our event spaces + you can rent the Refinery for your own, private event [psssst....We already have three holiday parties booked in the space!]
