To Our Faithful Followers...
It has come to a point where we have had to make a decision in reference to our menu...
I know I don't have to enlighten you folks on price increase, Our cost of Baby Back Ribs has forced us to discontinue providing Ribs on Friday's.... I have Toyed with switching to St. Louis style... But it just wouldn't be the same as I have provided over the years...
The Prices at this point have more than tripled so I will only be cooking Ribs on Saturdays and Sundays....

Folks, It was an Awesome Football Camp this past week.
It's always fun watching these kids grow and I have to say, EVERYONE of them appreciated the food and were respectful as well !! Thanking me, Picking up after themselves..
Not sure they do at home... But did after they ate their meals...
This Saturday, We should be able to pull off a full day at the Trailer... Sunday maybe touch and go, But we will be there to provide BBQ even if there is power outages....
Slide on by, we will be Happy to see you all !!
