We’re not looking for someone to simply stand behind a counter—we’re looking for someone who lights up the room when a customer walks in.

If your first instinct is to smile, make eye contact, say “Hi! How’s your day going?”, compliment someone’s outfit, joke with a regular, or genuinely enjoy talking to people… you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Customer. Customer. Customer. That’s the mindset.

Joe’s Pizza is growing fast, and it’s only getting busier. We need someone who thrives under pressure, loves a packed house, moves with purpose, and naturally jumps into cleaning, stocking, organizing, or helping teammates whenever there’s a free moment.

Evening and weekend availability is absolutely essential. Our busiest times are nights and weekends, so you should expect to work every weekend—but not every hour of every weekend. We believe in balance while making sure our team is there when our customers need us most.

🌞 Happy Wednesday from Joe’s Pizza! 🌞

It’s a beautiful day to skip the cooking and let us handle dinner. We’re here from 4 PM – 9 PM, serving up fresh pies, slices, garlic knots, salads, sandwiches, gelato, and ice-cold Foxon Park sodas.

Today’s video? We’re rolling and making our garlic knots from scratch. Funny what you can accomplish with flour, dough, and a little hard work. 😉🧄

Thank you so much for the incredible words! It honestly means a lot to hear us mentioned alongside some of the greats. 😊

And believe it or not, I’m actually kind of happy when Sunday afternoons aren’t completely packed—I love having the chance to spend a little one-on-one time with customers and chat pizza. That said, once late afternoon and evening roll around, Sundays tend to get absolutely slammed!

☀️ It’s a beautiful Tuesday, and we’re back at it!

In the video, I’m portioning and balling our New Haven dough. Those dough balls are for Thursday’s bake, after spending 72 hours fermenting in the walk-in to develop the flavor and texture we’re after. 🍕
