•Stuffed bell pepper with ground steak, rice, Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian herbs and finished with marinara sauce
•Grilled Octopus served with white cannellini beans, mixed with chopped celery, onions and drizzled with chili oil
•Well fleet oysters topped with colugo caviar raw sushi tuna and served with cocktail sauce mignonette sauce

Entrees
• Pappardelle homemade flat egg noodles served with shrimp, chopped spinach, in a scampi sauce
• Short rib ravioli topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and finished in a truffle brandy cream sauce
•Tuna - sesame seed crusted tuna sushi grade pan fried served rare with fresh Asian coleslaw ( white cabbage, rad cabbage, seaweed, red onions ) drizzled with teriyaki glaze, chili oil, and wasabi aioli on the side !
•Prime 20 oz boneless Ribeye - served with flame 🔥 at the table with sautéed mushrooms onions and choices of truffle skinny fries and vegetables
•Tomahawk Pork chop cooked to your liking in Marsala wine sauce and mushrooms !
• Bronzino deboned served with sautéed spinach in a white wine lemon sauce
