Part 5 | The Dessert Graze

With the bride and groom leading the party, this celebration was only getting sweeter. Mini cannoli, Italian cookies and wedding cake gave guests plenty of reasons to take a little break from the dance floor. We also had to pivot and set up our sā€™more station on the deck. Wedding Series: Part 4 Dinner service, with a norā€™easter in the background. šŸŒ§ļøšŸ

Our chefs kept the celebration moving with live-tossed penne alla vodka, creamy farfalle Florentine, and lemon-herb campanelle, alongside filet, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and lamb chops from the grill.

The weather had plans of its own. Our team had dinner ready for 95 guests anyway. ā¤ļø

Through a norā€™easter, last-minute changes, and a very busy kitchen, this crew showed up with heart, hustle, and plenty of laughter. Iā€™m so grateful for every one of themā€”and so proud of what we created together. Shout out to Jenny who is missing from the pics but instrumental throughout the night āœØ

Wedding series, part 2: the grazing table and bar. šŸ‡šŸ„‚

For 95 guests, we filled a 9-foot grazing table with cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, cruditƩs, dips, and all the little pairings that make guests come back for another bite.

At the bar, the couple had a signature drink each: a Cranberry Vodka Spritz for the bride and a Mezcal Reposado Old Fashioned for the groom. ā¤ļø

We welcomed guests with Hugo Spritzes, refreshing water, and skewers of aged New York cheddar, crisp apple, and honeyā€”all ready before the celebration began.
