🔥 This Week's Friday BBQ Take Out Special: Smoked Tri-Tip Cheesesteak!

Smoked beef tri-tip, cooked medium rare, sliced thin, dunked in au jus, and topped with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and rich provolone cheese from Murray's Cheese Shop. Served on a fresh roll with your choice of side!

Authentic Santa Maria tri-tip is traditionally seasoned simply with garlic, salt, and pepper and grilled hot and fast. At Keane's, we use a modern reverse-sear method—slowly smoking the tri-tip to 125°F before finishing it with a high-heat sear for incredible flavor and tenderness.
