Probably the last blooms of the season in our garden at the Treehouse, perfect background, for this bright tart, sassy trifle.

This dessert was created with a lemon curd and mix fruit compote blend of raspberry strawberry and blueberry,fruit, topped with a layer of pistachios and whipped cream.
Savor the flavor of the summer garden. Frost warnings tonight. We’ll see if the flowers survive this cold night, but we will certainly have dessert tomorrow.

The Tree House Tavern new features, include our Bell & Evan’s BBQ half Chicken plate.
Our creative approach to the Caesar Salad, using Kale, romaine, roasted broccoli a chipotle Caesar dressing, white anchovies, seasoned garlic croutons and shaved Grana Padano.
The Halibut and saffron vegetable rice topped with our overnight tomato-caramelized onion jam; finished with a Jamaican curry sauce!

Tree House created Snickerdoodle Cheese Cake, created with a cookie crumbled crust and slivers of the famous cookies enrobed in our light creamy and pure cream cheese, whipped cake.
You ask what is a snickerdoodle?
A snickerdoodle is a type of cookie made with flour, fat, sugar, and salt, and rolled in cinnamon sugar. Other spice-sugar mixes may also be used, such as cardamom sugar or a mixture of cardamom, cinnamon, and allspice.
Now on a dessert tray at the Tree House Tavern. Enjoy after your dinner at the Treehouse or add to your pick up order and indulge at home.

Maple Roasted Pear Salad Special.
Caramelized Leek & Autumn Sage Pasta special.

Catch of the Day is a pan seared halibut, with warm autumn, succotash, grilled corn,, butternut squash, lima beans, cremini mushrooms, Swiss chard, apple c***r reduction.

Grilled Flank Steak Special, featuring a butternut squash and pumpkin purée, a homemade risotto, cake, roasted kombucha, squash, Chef’s vegetable and a lovely raspberry juniper sauce.

These plus other lovely specials, including a charcuterie board, a warm spiced fall vegetable, black, bean and chicken, dumpling soup, mussels steamed in a chipotle cream sauce , and an Italian crust flatbread of the week - roasted cauliflower & chicken in a sticky-sweet chili glaze, complimented with red and green bell peppers, roasted red onions, topped with five cheese blend and top a little drizzle of ranch dressing and parsley.

Considered blowing into The Tree House on this blustery weekend. We will post if we get blown away and have to lock the door. Be safe.
