An enormous thanks to the guests that braved the weather to dine with us on for our series featuring an Olde Heidelberg themed menu.
A special thanks as well to ❤️ for taking on front of house duties 🙌🏽
We will be hopefully featuring our next dinner in March as we wait for seasonality and processing to pick up with the local farms in the area.
Is there anything Warsaw/Wyoming Co. would like to see!? Leave it in the comments!!

1. Chicken liver parfait, pickles, sourdough, port, Concord grape.

2. Pork rillettes, mustard spaetzle + cream, arugula, fried egg.

3. Braised short rib, kielbasa + squash pierogi, horseradish cream, smoked Gouda, chickory.

4. Black Forest German layer cake, Amarena cherry, whipped yogurt + cream cheese frosting, dark chocolate shavings.

👋🏽 again!! For our Sunday supper this month we’ll focus on a restaurant of Warsaw that is no longer around but dearly missed.

Since opening The Cow, I’ve heard stories about the Olde Heidelberg Restaurant and I would like to help revive some of their classics with a little twist from warsaw

There will limited seating available for this BYOB event that will take place on the last Sunday in January (25th). If the response is overwhelming, we may extend for an additional night!!

Tickets will be $80 per person (gratuity included) that will be due the day of the dinner.

Hello! We are back from our little winter break and have an announcement for new hours moving forward.

Our new hours moving forward will be 7 AM to 3 PM Tuesday through Saturday.

We will still be closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Market pricing 💰 has become quite drastic and not knowing where your beef is coming from is getting worrisome, knowing you’re getting quality beef from a trusted source should not only put you at ease, but fill your bellies!!
