On September 24th, we’re setting the table for something a little more exceptional.

Join us at 1901 Public House for an intimate four-course culinary experience, thoughtfully paired with four selections from Half Brothers Brewing Company of North Dakota. 🍺

With only 40 seats available, this is an evening designed to be savored — one course, one pour, and one pairing at a time.

THE EVENING’S MENU

🥣 FIRST COURSE
Lobster Bisque
Citrus crème fraîche • dill oil
Paired with Half Brothers Classic

🦪 SECOND COURSE
Steamed Mussels
Chorizo pineapple butter sauce • roasted garlic crostini

Warm, creamy comfort in a bowl and exactly what you need. 🤤

🦑 Fried Calamari with Vegetables — $14
Lightly hand-breaded & flash-fried calamari with shaved carrot, pepperoncini and red pepper, served with citrus tarragon aioli AND pineapple sweet chili sauce. 🤌

🍔 American Wagyu Beef Burger — $18
A 6 oz grilled Wagyu patty topped with whipped cream cheese, jalapeño jelly, citrus-pickled red onions, bacon & arugula on a toasted soft ciabatta bun, served with our hand-cut fries.
