🎉 Not one, but TWO promotions to celebrate at our Warrington Chick-fil-A! 🎉
We talk a lot in our Leadership Meetings about how change is inevitable, but growth is optional. Well, for these two, growth was inevitable because they put in the work, embraced feedback, and showed us exactly what GRIT looks like! 💪❤️
🌟 Grace | Promoted to Shift Leader
Grace is another shining example of someone who started with us at just 14 years old and has grown into an incredible leader. From the beginning, she stood out, leading the pack and showing everyone what a great work ethic looks like. Along the way, she has helped shape the culture at our Warrington store, growing alongside her team while doing what she does best: coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow. We could not be prouder of her and this well-deserved promotion!
👏 Andrew | Promoted to Team Leader
Andrew is a great example of what happens when you take feedback, put it into action, and commit to getting better. He took the feedback he received as a Shift Leader, worked hard to apply it in real life, and continued to grow into the leader his team needs. His willingness to learn and put in the work is something worth celebrating, and we are so excited to see him step into this next chapter!
Grace and Andrew, you are both so deserving of these promotions! It is an honor to work alongside you and watch you grow, not only as leaders but as people. Your journeys are a reminder that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about showing up, putting in the work, learning from others, and helping the people around you become better, too. ❤️
