❤️ This one is personal.
Tomorrow is Becky’s last day at Arnie’s, and I honestly don’t know how to put more than a decade of friendship into a social media post.
Before Becky ever worked for me, she was my coach. Then she became part of Arnie’s. For the last six years, she has been my backup, my manager, my sounding board, my confidant—and, through it all, my friend.
We have done life together. We have raised children, navigated relationships and heartbreaks, celebrated victories, cried through losses, and held each other up when life felt impossibly heavy.
There are some moments in life when you never forget who was there—and Becky was there. ❤️
Then there is all the life in between. The laughter. The frustration. The long talks. The disagreements. The “what the hell are we going to do now?” moments. 😂 The growth. The grace. And so many memories.
Becky has one of those personalities you simply cannot miss. That vivacious voice. That captivating smile. Her laugh. Her presence. She takes up space in the very best way… and Arnie’s will absolutely feel different without her.
Now, my friend is off to Central Oregon for her next chapter.
I am proud of you, Becky. I am excited for you. And if I am being completely honest, I am really damn sad to see you go.
Thank you for having my back. Thank you for trusting me with the hard parts of your life and for carrying pieces of mine. Thank you for six years at Arnie’s and more than a decade of friendship.
Tomorrow, Sunday, is Becky’s last day. If she has made you laugh, served you breakfast, talked loud enough for you to hear her from across the restaurant 😂, or greeted you with that beautiful smile—please stop in and help us send her off with all the love she deserves.
I love you, my friend.
Central Oregon is gaining one hell of a woman.
And me? I’m going to miss my Becky. ❤️
