Sometimes inspiration shows up at the most unexpected moments…

I was supposed to be doing my taxes that day (with zero motivation 😄), but a new mold and some fresh yuzu juice had other plans for me. One step into the kitchen… and this happened)))

• House-made fish bone crackers filled with smoked salmon mousse and yuzu jelly
• Crispy cups with crab meat, honey mustard sauce, and a touch of yuzu jelly on top

There’s still a journey ahead to perfect these, but creations like this are exactly why I love what I do💙💛

Snow days weren’t wasted ❄️
They turned into time well spent in the kitchen — treating my family to a few homemade creations ❤️
