We have pivoted our hours for Nora's Terrace Cafe as alot of people suggested we open the cafe on weekends also.

After discussions with our employees and management team it was decided that the new hours staring this week should be

Monday closed
Tuesday closed
Wednesday closed
Thursday 8am-2pm
Friday 8am-2pm
Saturday 8am-2pm
Sunday 8am-2pm

Afternoon tea will be available any day that the cafe is open Thursday thru Sunday with 24 hours notice and pre booked online at

We kicked off our one year anniversary celebration with afternoon tea at the tearoom in Obrien's Irish Pub, Nora's Terrace.

My first job when i was 12 was at Kellys bakery in my village of Sneem.
I learned so much from the great man Dan Kelly(pictured) who i had the privilege to catch up with on my recent visit home. He is 92 and still going strong. He reminded of the time he got his hip replaced and I had to do all the baking while he sat in a chair beside me explaining how to do everything. I was basically his hands for a few weeks.
I have been baking goods for over 35 years and people always ask for a recipe but I don't even measure anything anymore . It's all by feel and texture.

Scones now available at the cafe 7 days a week.

Cafe open Monday to Friday 8am-2pm

Afternoon tea available Saturday/Sunday 11am-3pm.
