Tried something different the last couple of days… a 4 layered cheesecake .. each layer is a different flavor .. the bottom layer is a 10” Oreo cookie cheesecake with a fudge ganache , the next layer is a 8”caramel peanut butter Reesecup with a vanilla buttercream frosting , this one has 15 Reesecups stuffed inside and wrapped with Nutterbutter cookies and ringed with white and regular Reesescups, the next level is a 6” chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate buttercream with Hershey Cookie and Cream kisses that is wrapped with Hershey cookies and cream wafers topped with more kisses. The final layer is a 4” Chocolate Cheesecake laced with peanut butter Reesecups inside it and topped with vanilla buttercream frosting and chocolate fudge garnished with mini Reesecups and a single Hershey kiss .
Folks this is almost 10 lbs of candy and cheesecake ..
I have made this to be donated for the Bradley County Historical Museum Gala this coming Monday night . Please go out and support them..

Ok folks , gonna try to get everyone caught up with the Redneck Gourmet .. I spent 2 months this fall in New Mexico cooking for a Elk hunting lodge, wonderful people , wonderful time but exhausting work ..so I am taking some time off from my The Redneck Gourmet food wagon .. .. I will let you know when I return that part of my operation .
But in the mean time , I am still available from all your catering needs.. I have done everything from riverbank fish fry’s to set down Italian dinners for 250 people and 64 wedding events .
Also small dinner parties and private dining can be arranged ..
With the holidays coming up , special order cheesecakes can be ordered .. Also I will be doing 9x 13 pans of chicken and dressing for $30….pan will feed at least 8 people ..
and with this cool weather it’s hard to beat a good gumbo.. I will have my Chicken and Andouille Gumbo available for $35qt.
Remember I am Health Department inspected and approved and just recently earned my Arkansas Health Department Servsave Manager certification .

Here is a Reese Cup Explosion Cheesecake for the Lumberjack Football auction Thursday.. this has over 50 Reese Cups in it .. chocolate chip cookie crust, a peanut butter cheesecake filling loaded with Reesecups topped with a chocolate cheesecake filling full of white chocolate chips and finished with a chocolate fudge ganache that is ringed with Reesecups and as a added bonus you have a circle of cookies and crème kisses filled with mini Reese cups..
This is not your Mommas cheesecake lol.. and as always I take all the calories out..

9 inch cheesecakes ready for customers pickup today … lemon blueberry topped with fresh blueberries and candied lemon peel, blueberry and a strawberry..
