🎓 SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🎓

This year FIVE of our Scoopers graduated with the Class of 2026! 🎉

Somehow they managed school, sports, band, clubs, jobs, friends, family, college applications, senior year chaos, and still showed up ready to serve ice cream with a smile. 💪🏻

We've watched these young people grow from nervous first-day employees into confident leaders, problem-solvers, and hospitality experts. They've handled busy nights, difficult decisions, heat waves, packed weekends, sold-out flavors, and the occasional "we need more waffle cones RIGHT NOW" moments.

The future is bright for this crew! THANK YOU for choosing to spend part of your high school years with us. We're incredibly proud of everything you've accomplished and can't wait to see what comes next.

Congratulations, Class of 2026. Go do big things (it's up to you now!) ❤️

GOOEY BUTTER CAKE 🧈✨

This one was a blast.

Inspired by some of our favorite ice cream heavyweights — and a flavor trend with which we're ready to tango — we’re finally ready to debut Cockeye Creamery's Gooey Butter Cake Super-Premium Ice Cream: an ultra-rich vanilla ice cream packed with house-baked Gooey Butter Cake inclusions.

We make the “gooey” butter cakes in-house with REAL INGREDIENTS: cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and cake batter, then fold them in for a delightful final scoop.

It reminds us a little of Buttermilk Pie — one of our original OG menu items — but somehow even richer, denser, and more flavorful.

We spent a pretty long time in R&D on this one because we wanted to NAIL it.

We did. 😮‍💨

🍋 LEMON TART IS BACK ‼️

Lemon Tart starts the same way every time: cracking a mountain of eggs and cooking giant batches of lemon curd by hand.

This flavor is diabolically simple:

milk, cream, sugar, and our house-made lemon curd.

But lemon is HARD in ice cream. 😭 Dairy naturally wants to mute citrus flavors, so every year we tinker with the balance a little more — experimenting with different processing techniques and trying to make the lemon brighter, cleaner, and more expressive without losing the softness that makes this flavor special.

This year’s recipe is our best yet! 🙌🏻

Bright. Zingy. Supple. Delicate.

Like frozen lemon custard with a clean finish that keeps you going back for another bite.
