Just a friendly reminder that fitness comes in many forms... ππͺ
If a cookie falls on the floor and you squat down to pick it up, that's exercise, right? π€·ββοΈποΈββοΈπͺ
By my calculations:
πͺ 1 dropped cookie = 1 squat
πͺπͺ 2 dropped cookies = leg day
πͺπͺπͺ 3 dropped cookies = personal training session
πͺπͺπͺπͺ 4+ dropped cookies = basically an athlete ππ
πͺπ€£ By this point, we're basically counting cookies as part of our wellness routine!
