📢 We have some BIG UPDATES, y'all‼️This is a lot of information, so buckle up!

💥 PLEASE NOTE - These changes will go into effect NEXT WEEK on July 27th, not this week! We just wanted to get the information out to y'all as soon as possible.

These are both trial runs of things that we hope to be able to implement long term. If changes need to be made during these trials, we will post those details as they come up.

🔴 Update 1:

⭐️ We will start taking select pre-orders for our food truck setups!

There's a few things that we will have to be a little strict on in order to ensure that we can continue to serve everyone in the most fair and efficient way possible.

The requirements for these orders are as follows:

▪️There will be a $100 minimum for pre-orders.

▪️Orders must be placed MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE a setup. This will allow us to cook more, ensuring that you have your order reserved without taking from the general public.

▪️All pre-orders will require payment when the order is placed, these payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the order is not picked up by the posted closing time for the event, it will be donated.

▪️We will have a 15 minute window for pre-order pickup before opening to the general public. If you arrive after the setup begins, your order will still be reserved, but you will have to join the normal line.

We hope this will allow us to serve more of you, and do so at a more efficient level 🙏

🔴 Update 2:

🔥 FAMILY FRIDAY NIGHTS‼️

▪️This is a new promotion that we're running through the Summer. The focus of this menu is to provide families with awesome meals to be able to enjoy together on Friday evenings.

▪️We won't be able to do these setups every week due to our schedule, but we will do our best to have these setups every week through August.

▪️We have partnered with Lowe Toyota of Warner Robins on these special events! Our pickups will be held from 5-7pm at their location on Houston Lake Rd on all Fridays that we are open.

▪️We will be taking pre-orders from Monday - Wednesday on applicable weeks. These again will require payment when ordering and be NON-REFUNDABLE.

▪️We will have food available for purchase outside of those pre-ordered items, but we strongly encourage you to plan ahead to guarantee your Friday night meals go smoothly!

📢 We hope y'all enjoyed the BEEF SHORT RIBS as much as we did! They were DELICIOUS and we're ready to do them again‼️

We have a question for y'all.....

What interests y'all more, buying by the bone or slab?

During the sale on Saturday, we noticed most people wanted to buy the whole slab, which we honestly didn't expect! These slabs are 4 bones, have 2 larger, and 2 smaller bones, and are roughly 3 lbs (mostly 3+).

Good evening, y'all!

We've had a big jump in followers this week so we wanted to make a post to express our gratitude and give all of our newcomers some information!

To our awesome existing followers, thank y'all for sharing our page and continuing to support us! To all of our new followers, welcome! We are glad you're here!

Based on a few interactions and questions that we received today, we wanted to make a post that all of you can see with some information about how we do things!

We are Smoke South, and we're part of the same family that was Martin's BBQ for 12 years.

We are primarily a catering company, but we also have a food truck that we try to take out a time or 2 weekly, or as often as our schedule allows.

We're always booking caterings, so feel free to reach out with any inquiries. You can view more catering information at our website, www.smokesouthcatering.com!

In regards to our food truck, we post our weekly schedule on Monday or Tuesday each week, and post reminder posts on the day of each setup.

Just like at Martin's, we cook fresh daily and often sell out. We understand that it can be frustrating at times, and trust us, we'd love to make more money by selling you more, but we have commited ourselves to quality above all, and that will not change. Everything is sold on a first come, first serve basis.

We run a sub 1 minute ticket time on average. Meaning that you will generally spend 1 minute or less at our window from the time you order until you're leaving with your food. That also means that however many people you see in front of you is likely how many minutes your wait will be.
