We’re open at 12:00 PM today. We’re currently aiming to close at 7:00 PM, but we’re keeping an eye on things and will stay open later based on business!

Everything is ready and waiting, Ribs will be coming off the smoker at 3:00 PM.

What a weekend! 🎉 Thank you all for keeping us CRAZY busy!

Because of that huge rush, we are out of Sausage and Chicken today—but we still have plenty of Pork and Brisket, plus enough ribs to make a few 3-Rib Platters!

If you're not feeling something hot, try our NEW Smoked Pork Salad Sandwich, it comes with American Cheese and if you like a dab of coleslaw on top!

Help us clear out the Hot Box so we can close out the week EARLY! Come grab lunch or dinner before it's all gone!
