September has arrived, the newest season of House of the Dragon is still quite fresh in our minds, and Jean is on her sixth-or-so rewatch of Game of Thrones - so we've decided to journey to Westeros this month!
Introducing the three great houses of Westeros:
🐉 House Targaryen - Inspired by the family of white-haired riders and their loyal dragons, this iced white mocha is laced with a deeply spiced + smoky house syrup, crowned by a cinnamon + cayenne cold foam, and finished off with a touch of dragonfire-toasted sugar and smoked Maldon salt.
🐺 House Stark - The hardy and valiant lords of Winterfell are no strangers to bitter cold or the wild North, so we knew their drink needed to pay homage to both the warmth of the hearth and the forests they call home. This cappuccino does just that - brown sugar, winter spices, and the distant bite of juniper.
⚜️ House Lannister - As homage to the wealthiest family in Westeros, their drink is decadent, lush, and of course, gold dusted. This iced latte is colored by a turmeric honey cream, sweetened by a house fig + honey syrup, and shrouded in a delicate vanilla cold foam.
