February: 1 quarter
March: 3 quarters or 1 half

I want to thank everyone for a great market season at Ryan Raised Farm. Due to your continued support I am currently sold out of beef. I am, however, taking bulk orders for the beginning of next year. The best way to ensure you have what you want is to purchase either a quarter, half, or whole.
