Heather got her start at a vocational high school studying culinary arts. In her senior year she specialized in baking and competing state wide. From there, she moved on to study pastry at Johnson & Wales University. Wanting to move to the next step, she then has worked in numerous bakeries learning new techniques of the trade everyday. With such passion for cakes, she then has decided to start her own business catering special cakes and pastries to continuously make people happy through dessert
