Hey , this is Renee, former Manager and Cook at 248 Coffee Shack and current Cook at 248 Coffee Shack Plus,LLC . Apologies for not posting sooner, but there has been a lot going on.
As some of you know, Kevin, the previous owner of the 248 Coffee Shack, SOLD his business to the New Owners back in May 2023 due to his declining health. Unfortunately, Kevin passed away at home on Sat., December 2,2023. He had a heart of gold and would do anything in his power to help anyone in need, especially our four legged furry friends!
With that being said, the New Owners of 248 Coffee Shack Plus,LLC have decided to collect monetary donations in memory of Kevin and donate it to animal shelters and rescues in need once the amount is large enough. Stop by the coffee shack to make donations ( if you wish, you can request your tip be designated as donation by cash or card ) or mail it to the address listed on this pages Bio. Please help us help them, it's what Kevin would have wanted! Comment below with recommendations of any animal shelters or rescues.

Hi everyone!
Talked to Vanessa this morning and it looks like the Flu Bug has hit her really hard.

And with the crappy weather coming in tonight and hanging around she has decided to close for the weekend and mega dose vitamin c.

Vanessa and the crew will return next Tuesday 6:30am

Thanks for your patience but as I've talked to other folks it seems the Flu is making an early run.
