kibi's Cafe A Vietnamese Banh Mi shop in Walnut Creek, CA kibi's Cafe was founded by a single mother with 2 children who immigrated from Vietnam during 2015.

As a grandchild of farmers in central Vietnam, her early childhood was surrounded by paddle fields, fruit and vegetable farms, open morning markets and amazing smells of traditional street food. In raising her children and preparing daily meals in America, the love and passion for traditional Vietnamese food culture, which includes healthy, well balanced and fresh ingredients has grown deeper in h

er....and so has her dream to share it with the Bay Area community. Hoping that through food, she will create more meaningful and longer lasting connections with people in her second home, America. kibi's Cafe was opened in Jan 2018, taking the nicknames of her daughter Ki and her son Bi. Staying true to her vision, food at kibi's Café, from aioli to pickles, dipping sauces and meats, are proudly and exclusively homemade.
