Pumpkin Spice Shake, Boozy Pumpkin Spice Shake, or Pumpkin-Rita. October really did give you options.

Pumpkin spice finally got interesting! 🎃

The Pumpkin-Rita brings together Hornitos Plata Tequila, triple sec, lime juice and pumpkin spice syrup, finished with a lime wheel. Fall looks better this way.

From all of us at The Counter to all of you, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays ❤️ Please be advised that our location will be closed for today so our staff can be with their families.

It is with both sadness and pride that we inform that The Counter Walnut Creek will be closing permanently at the end of the month.

After fourteen years, and consistently being recognized as one of the best burgers in the Bay Area, we are nearing the end of our lease. Unfortunately, rising costs and prohibitive future occupancy costs, have made it impractical to continue. We have cherished our time serving the community in Walnut Creek and greater Contra Costa County, both inside and outside the restaurant.

A great thank you to all of our employees, some of whom have shared our space for a few months, and others who have been with us for many, many years.

And most of all, thank you to you, our loyal guests, who have so often brought a smile to our day with your kind words and appreciation.

Farewell. Our last day of operations will be December 29th.

came prepared to devour a few of our most popular menu items. She stated her build-your-own- 🍔 was "Hands down the best burger ever." The Mahi-Mahi Salad was "So refreshing!" And the Cookies and Cream Milkshake was "So addictive!" Spend your holiday dinner or brunch with us- we promise we won't dissapoint!
