Thank you all SO much for your patience, understanding, and support while I navigated some seriously stressful starter issues. But we made it through, and Loafly is BACK!

30 loaves already tucked away in the fridge… and ANOTHER 30 proofing as we speak!!! 😭🙌🍞

The starter is happy. The bread is back. LET’S GOOOOOOO!!!

Never forget that you have free will and can make cheesy pull apart sourdough bread whenever you want to!!!

Criss cross your sourdough bread loaf and melt some butter, put butter into all the cracks and crevices and stuff with your favorite cheese! I used shredded cheddar and some fresh slices of mozzarella. Delicious!!

What a ride these past 3 years have been. Working full time as a concrete pump operator all week, then coming home every Friday night to bake. Up early for markets and events every Saturday. Just balancing it all and figuring things out as I went.

Somewhere in the middle of that, I was building Loafly while pregnant (no one knew 😅) and still showing up week after week.
A lot of fails. Some bad deals. Lots of tears.
Now I’m fully wholesaling, baking from home, and get to spend my days with my boys, which was always the goal.

Loafly has grown so much over these 3 years and I’m really proud of all the hard work that’s been put into it.
