The Odd Bunch will be closing today Wednesday June 25th at 4:30 PM due to the extreme heat and a broken air conditioner. Even though its only 90 inside the restaurant it is over 100+ in the kitchen and my employees health and safety are important to me.

My apologies to everyone and thank you for your understanding. We will reopen tomorrow at 11am.

This is my spin on a breakfast classic twisted into a lobster style roll. I take a French Salmon Rillette recipe and instead of using butter to make the mousse I use cream cheese and serve it with a thyme aioli, pickled red onions and fried capers served on a New England split top roll.

so naturally Einswine took over the ordering system…
…and his invention accidentally added TWO EXTRA ZEROES to the bao bun order.

Now we’ve got 10,000 buns and nowhere to hide.
So we said, “Screw it—grill ‘em all.”

Welcome to the Great Grilled “BAO”nanza—a ridiculous, delicious disaster you’ll actually enjoy.
