This isn’t just a second location for the Eatery, it’s a second location for ! 🥳🥳🥳
We are bringing the food menu with many of your Eatery favorites, and Giv is bringing their years of experience in the coffee industry, their full drink program, training, recipes, and delicious pastries. Basically, all the goodness of Giv Coffee’s cafe in Canton, CT will now be available at the Eatery of Berlin!
When Jeff from Giv called asking if we were interested in partnering with them on a new project, we were immediately interested. Jeff and Emily have made a big splash in the CT Coffee world and we were already huge fans.
Not to mention we really love them as people, and believe strongly in their mission to “giv” back.
Then he mentioned the location:
Provision State Coffee. A place we had visited about 3 years ago on a perfectly sunny summer Saturday and absolutely loved. The light pouring in through tall windows and the sprawling outdoor patio had me wishing we had a space like that to welcome people into. To invite them to sit and enjoy warm hospitality around tasty sandwiches and a good cup of coffee.
Now here we are, 1 week away from holding the keys in our hands to a property we loved long before we knew it was a possibility. Pam and Wes have created the kind of space and community that we are honored to be a part of.
We are excited for them to be released to go and have new adventures, but also know how many of their customers-turned-friends will be sad to see them, and , leave that familiar space.
We hope this next chapter will be a blessing to the community of Kensington! We can’t wait to meet all of you!
