~MUSSELS FRADIAVLO: sautéed with garlic, roasted red pepper flakes in a white wine marinara sauce

~STUFFED CHICKEN: stuffed with lobster meat baked and served in a pink cream lobster sauce served over rice
~SALMON ORANGINA: grilled salmon topped with orange sauce served with a side of asparagus
~STEAK ALA HOMETOWN: grilled to perfection with mushroom and onions with a brown glazed sauce served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables
