We spent our evening at one of the most uniquely classy, entertaining and beautiful weddings at Winn Homestead Events last night! The people who attended this wedding were some of the most polite ever and the grooms were an absolutely joy to be around and work with start to finish. What a great way to conclude our summer wedding season!

Menu (Vegetarian/Vegan):

It has been such a whirlwind summer! We have hardly posted any catering photos, but I’m not going to miss my chance to share tonight’s. Between that amazing double rainbow, lovely guests, and delicious tastes, I think it was an amazing night!
Deux Soldats Estate and Floating Balance Cellars thank you for choosing us to compliment your beautiful w**es. And Madison and McKenzie Lindsey - your music was perfect for this evening!

Sorry to disappoint, but between the smoke and the high temps (they are even higher in the food truck!) we are calling it for the week.

We have a special event and catering on Saturday that will continue as scheduled, but our usual food truck services for the public will be canceled this week.

Well last night was interesting, but our customers showed up with patience and support! 🙏 We are so thankful. It really seems we have THE BEST customers! ❤️ Somehow, even with 30 minutes of no power or ability to serve, we managed to break our sales record last night. 🎉Thank you again! We hope you loved your dinner as much as we love you!

Panino Italiano is back! This one has been a fan fave since the beginning of Thyme, but it’s a labor of love, and shines best when tomatoes and basil are in season ;)

Turkey, ham, salami, tomatoes, Pepperoncini, and basil pesto on toasted focaccia. Come with chips and fruit, pairs great with w**es and b**r, and fills you up!

Carl’s Korean 🔥 Chicken is a hit!

It’s a simple dish: the chicken’s got a savory and spicy Gochujang marinade and a sweet and spicy sauce with Kimchi on the side, served over rice! Made with love. Its a little spicy, but if you like the curry, you’ll probably enjoy the heat level here,too.

Remember, with Wild Thyme and A La Carte, you never know what you’re gonna get on the menu that day, so if this sounds like a MUST TRY in your life, you’d better show up this week!

A La Carte is back with NEW HOURS!

To be honest, brunch traffic hasn’t been sustainable here this year, but we know the patio rocks and the food and service are great. The Finch has been a fantastic partner and we hope that by shifting to dinner time, we’ll see more of our fans and friends come by. The menu will be smaller and changing frequently, as we do with Wild Thyme. Feel free to BYOB to enjoy your dinner on the patio to the fullest, or pick something up on the way home from work!

Collaborating with Kasey from KINHAVEN we catered a lovely engagement party this weekend! The weather was perfect, the decor and florals were stunning, and of course the food and w**e were 🤌. Didn’t get enough photos, but you get the idea.

Menu:
Apps: sweet chili meatballs, caprese skewers, bacon and cougar gold stuffed mushrooms with an extra hunk of cougar gold to not-so-subtly say go WSU from the soon-to-be-we’d alumni

Dinner:
Wild Thyme Garden Salad
Chicken Piccata over Wild Rice
Fire Roasted Bell Peppers & Corn Medley
Steak with Mushroom Demi over Mashed Potatoes

Dessert: Brownies with Local Vanilla Ice Cream
