Since day one, when Food Truck Night was just getting started in a small parking lot at Bacon & Eggs, Tacos La Monarca has been with us every step of the way.

They’re more than just a fan favorote, they’re the Home of the Original Walla Walla Taco and a straight-up Walla Walla legend. 🌮

From bold flavors to deep community roots, they’ve helped shape what Food Truck Night is all about & we’re lucky to have them roll with us every season. 🤩👏🏼

(Fun Fact: Before they were they were WW’s favorite Orange trucks, they were white!)

You're invited to help your fellow community members build pride in their neighborhood!

The City hosts several cleanup events in underserved neighborhoods each year. Starting this year, we are welcoming volunteers to attend the events to assist staff and neighbors with tasks like operating the registration table, loading materials into vehicles, moving materials from vehicles to the dumpsters, monitoring the dumpsters, trimming grass and vegetation, etc.

The first cleanup will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2026. (The location of the neighborhood will be provided to registered volunteers.) Volunteers are welcome to work the entire time, or just for a couple of hours — whatever fits your schedule. A free lunchtime meal will be provided for neighbors and volunteers.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also volunteering.
