Join us on June 29 from 6:30–9 pm for a five-course dinner with Mercer Estates, crafted by our culinary team to pair beautifully with bold Washington wines. Think kombu-cured scallop crudo, pork chorizo with parsnip purée, and chargrilled picanha—each dish paired with standout pours and stories from winemaker Ali Mayfield herself.
