Now let’s talk about this BBQ pork belly…

It’s awesome over rice, but we tried it on top of our queso fries and—OMG—delicious! We were just messing around and didn’t even think to take photos!!

That’ll be available too! It’s kind of like BBQ mac and cheese, but with French fries instead!

Any interest in a BBQ pork belly bowl?

We’ve been playing around with some ideas, and our pork belly turned out delicious! Try it this week over a bed of cilantro-lime rice, topped with pickled onions and green onions!
The pork belly just melts in your mouth!!

Join Spencer-Ross American Legion Post 134 at the Veterans Memorial on the North Lawn of the Cass County Courthouse for a special 25th Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony.

Friday Night by Candlelight | 5:30–8 PM
Walker Rock Garden - Walker Bay Live
End the summer with a beautiful evening at the Rock Garden featuring live music, food and drinks, and an intimate candlelit setting.
