A month-long art exhibition exploring survival, adaptation, memory, and the fragile relationship between landscape and life in Nevada's high desert. Featuring painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, textile art, and traditional / contemporary printmaking by artists from Walker Lake, Nevada, and across the United States.

We’re honored to announce that The Bighorn Crossing has been invited by Artown Reno to host a special regional exhibition this summer.

The exhibition will center around :
• Walker Lake
• Desert bighorn sheep
• Ecology, resilience, and landscape

We’re currently looking for regional artists, sculptors, photographers, and installation artists interested in participating.
