I probably should’ve called this thing THE PROBLEM. 😮‍💨🔥

Because putting blackened salmon + seasoned shrimp + lump crabmeat inside ONE quesadilla was already doing too much…

Then I added sautéed peppers & onions, melted cheese, grilled it golden, and gave you remoulade for the dip.

Yeah. We have a situation. 😂

Finally made my rendition of the iconic Stacked Piselli Salad from , and WOW it absolutely lived up to the hype! 🥗💚 Crisp, fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. Sometimes the simplest ingredients create the most unforgettable dishes.
