Thank you so much for everyone that has donated so far. Marco was the most gracious and appreciative person I have ever known. I speak for him when I say that he is beyond thankful for you all. He spent over 20 years away from his family and homeland. It brings him tremendous joy to go home and rest eternally. Thank you again and please come say farewell tomorrow at Brooks Funneral Home in Newburgh from 4pm -7pm. 🙏🙏❤️❤️🤍🤍

It breaks my heart to share that Mom and Pop's beloved Marco has passed away. Anyone who ever met him at the truck knows the kind of man he was. Marco had a smile on his face 24/7, and laugh that just made any situation better. He had a way of making every customer feel like family. He was the heart of our business and massive part of my life personally.

He wasn’t just an amazing chef. He was one of my best friends, my right hand man, and truly a brother to me. There will never be another Marco...ever. Nobody could ever replace his energy, his kindness, or the nonstop positivity he brought to every single day. The man worked harder than anyone I've ever known and never once in my life heard a single complaint. He loved life and he loved having the opportunity to do that he loved everyday.

We are all devastated, but also grateful. Grateful for every meal he cooked, every joke he cracked, every person he he came in contact with that got a chance to know him. If you ever came by and felt welcomed or felt happier walking away than when you walked up, that was because of the unbelievable human that Marco was.

Please just take a second and think about a postive interaction you had with Marco and smile for him. You all gave him so much purpose and he appreciated every second of it.

Marco my buddy, my brother, my loyal friend.....work is done, rest now in paradise ❤️
