Someone tasted my red velvet cake at a party and asked if I could make their child's 7th birthday cake. Now while I don't really do this anymore, I obliged, and I'm glad I did. Thanks for allowing me to let my creativity flow. 6 inch vanilla cake with Swiss meringue buttercream and handcrafted fondant decorations.

Well goodbye my friends, or in my world we like to say later! Today is my last day at Grandma's Diner and I appreciate all of you who supported me and my family these last 5 months. This has been the most wonderful, enlightening, and challenging experience but I am so, so grateful for it. And I want to thank you for being a part of my dream.
