Our bestselling September Guest flavor was created by Madison! If you love Cookie Butter Cheesecake.. it’s all thanks to her.

Made with a cheesecake base, we add in a cookie butter ripple and graham cracker crust chunks. 😍 Madison is one of our leaders at the Wake Forest shop, but honestly, she spoke for ALL the people with this banger of a flavor.

Not only is she a fantastic scooper, she’s also a talented artist. You may remember Madison as the creator of our most recent Two Roosters T-shirt design! (Swipe to see 👀

Our North Carolina Courage flavor is a vanilla base with Golden Oreos, caramel sauce, and handfuls of red and blue candy coated chocolates. It’s honestly the fuel you need to cheer the players on for a full 90 minutes. ⚽️

With three home games still on the schedule, there’s plenty of time to try it!

Meet Maggie, creator of this month’s Key Lime Crunch!

You may have interacted with Maggie at our Lake Boone shop or at one of our concessions stands. Her smile and bubbly personality are hard to miss!

Maggie and her dad share a love for key lime, which inspired this flavor creation. Key Lime Crunch is made with a Tajin + key lime base and pieces of ginger molasses cookies.

To know Maggie is to love her- and we’re so thankful she’s part of our team! Has she served you at the counter?!

This month’s Cookie Butter Cheesecake Ice Cream Cake starts with a graham cracker crust. Then we layer it with loads of our Cookie Butter Cheesecake ice cream, and top it with cookie butter swirls and graham cracker crust crumbs.

🍦Most underrated flavor this month? That would be Amy’s Non Dairy Salted Caramel Mocha.

(Three dairy-loving staff members sampled September flavors and all of them left talking about the ND Salted Caramel Mocha flavor… 👀)

With her dairy-free boyfriend in mind, Amy created a non dairy mocha base with a vegan salted caramel swirl. 😍

If you like coffee ice cream, this really is a must-try. Amy scoops at our Cary shop, so if you see her over there, be sure to say thank you for bringing ND Salted Caramel Mocha to the menu!

Catherine’s Chocolate Toffee Crack Bar might be the answer for solving world peace, uniting the family group chat, and bringing your inbox notification back down to zero.

Catherine’s been part of our leadership team since 2018.. back when it was only the Greystone shop and a food truck. Eight years on staff means she’s seen lots of Guest flavors come and go. (Over 600 to be exact 😳) Catherine created Chocolate Toffee Crack Bar for the fellow lovers of salty + sweet with a little crunchy + a dark chocolate base. (The formula felt very specific in her head.)

Our kitchen team made it happen! Chocolate Toffee Crack Bar is made with a dark chocolate base, lots of toffee bits, and pieces of a Ritz cracker toffee crack bar situation. Only on the menu this September... don’t miss it!!!

James’ Peach Crumble is the summer gift that keeps on giving. (If it’s going to be 90°, peach ice cream is a requirement.)

James, one of our Lake Boone scoopers, created this flavor with peach cobbler as his inspiration. We make Peach Crumble with a peach and brown sugar base, add in a crunchy cinnamon oat crumble, and finish with a ribbon of peach jam. 🤌🏽

During a moment of inspiration, we asked James if he’d make a milkshake with his flavor. And he did! And it was delicious, as we knew it would be! (Reminder that you can order ANY flavor on the menu as a milkshake…) You can catch us with a Peach Crumble milkshake as long as summer weather is still around. 😎 James’ flavor is on the menu all month long!
