You're eyes aren't deceiving you... that IS a fried PORK TENDERLOIN on a Wednesday!

We picked up fresh tenderloins from the butcher and our talented kitchen team made gravy and creamy, buttery mashed potatoes from scratch to create this delicious Country Fried Tenderloin meal! Served with bacon green beans.
