Swing by this weekend to satiate that snail craving we KNOW you've been having. Nothing incites salivation quite like the aroma of hot butter and garlic and the satisfying sight of crispy, crispy cheese.
These snails are bathed in a Knotty By Nature ( beer) garlic herb sauce with brioche croutons, baked with parmesan, and served with toasted baguette.
