This Thursday from 4-6pm we’ll be handing out free ice cream to any kid age 1-99. All you have to do is ride one loop of our new single track trail, Two Scoop Loop. We’ve got bikes to borrow so don’t let that stop you! 🚵

If you can’t make it Thursday don’t worry, because the shop is open every day from 12-9PM for the rest of summer and fall.

If you’ve stopped by the property this week you may have noticed we’ve quietly started serving ice cream out of our brand new scoop shop, Mad Scoops!

The shop will be open daily from 12pm-9pm. We’re happy to be serving up Giffords Ice Cream ice cream in 8 different flavors. In the coming days we’ll be adding cold drinks and grab-and-go lunch options.

Well-deserved national press for Velomont Trail from NPR !

is building an adaptive mountain bike trail from Massachusetts to Canada that will eventually go right through our backyard here in the Mad River Valley!

is a proud supporter of this inspirational and visionary initiative. Many of our rooms are adaptive-friendly and we are lucky to host athletes from and and .

Right now in Vermont, we have the Long Trail for through-hiking, the Catamount Trail for skiing, and with everyone's support and commitment, we will soon enough have the for end-to-end biking!
