425 Koloa St, Kahului (808) 727-2230 Chef Joey has opened his own restaurant, Joey's Kitchen, in Whaler's Village, Kaanapali Beach, featuring Island Cuisine and the best Filipino dishes your taste buds have ever experienced! Joey's Kitchen is located in The Whaler's Village Food Court in Kaanapali Beach, Lahaina Hawaii. Award winning Chef Joey Macadangdang has been on Maui for over 20 years and was the Head Corporate Chef for Roy's Kahana. Filipino foods are often recognized with Hawaiian Regional Cuisine and Chef Joey has created his own Filipino Fusion with Joey's Kitchen. He recently has launched a new concept, Balai Pata in Central Maui, blending Filipino and Spanish culinary influences. Macadangdang Restaurant which first opened back in 2021 is temporarily closed. Chef Joey hopes to reopen and share the Hawaiian-Filipino cuisine in the future.
