To our Aurum Maui ʻohana,

As Aurum Maui looks ahead to its second year, we want to recognize and thank Chef Taylor Ponte and General Manager Natasha Ponte as they prepare to depart Aurum Maui and take some time for themselves and their family.

Taylor and Natasha have been part of Aurum Maui since the beginning, and we’re grateful for the time, care and contributions they brought to our opening year and the experiences sharedwith our guests and team. We extend our sincere mahalo and a hui hou to Taylor and Natasha and wish them all the best in their next chapter.

And to our Aurum ʻohana, we’re proud of what we’ve built together and excited to share what’s next very soon💛

This week, we came together through food, music, and community to celebrate the aloha spirit and give back to Maui. 🌺🌊

From serving and sharing food, to supporting local farmers, creating opportunities for our youth, and bringing people together through music, every part of what we do is rooted in one purpose: to serve, uplift, and strengthen our community.

Maui Music & Food Experience is more than an event. It’s a way to turn connection into action — supporting families, feeding those in need, nurturing local talent, and helping build a more resilient and sustainable future for our island. 🤙🏽

We’re incredibly grateful to every chef, musician, volunteer, farmer, partner, donor, friend, and community member who showed up and made this week possible. Your time, energy, generosity, and aloha mean more than we can say.
