☀️ An amazing day here in Wadsworth, Illinois as a new record number of classic cars and good folks from the neighborhood gathered for our 2026 Shanty Annual Charity Car Show that began back in 2008! Classic cars with their prideful owners filled and overflowed The Shanty and Wadsworth Inn lots. Great job and thank you to our hospitality team, North Shore Rods, Newport Township Historical Society, Bob & Kathie Janda, Billy Garner on guitar, and everyone who participated and attended today to help raise funding for our local organizations. See everyone at next year’s car show!

The Shanty’s Charity Car Show is today from 12pm-3pm! If you’re entering the show, pull into Wadsworth Inn’s parking lot! Wood smoked Shanty burgers, drinks, & Billy Garner performing live at noon!
