Record sales and order counts tonight! Could not be more proud of the team. What’s amazing is they made ZERO mistakes AND the pies were beautiful. Bosco’s is the first job for many of these kids, and their attention to detail and accuracy is unbelievable. I know we always hear “kids don’t want to work hard these days” etc etc.” If you worked with us tonight, you might change your perspective. Thank you awesome customers!

The “Bruschetta”

This appetizer is staying on the menu!
We wondered why an appetizer so good didn’t sell very well. It’s been known as “Spinach Artichoke Formaggio” since its inception. We renamed it a few weeks ago “Spin Arti Dip & Pita” and the sales nearly doubled. Glad we can keep this around!

Our salads just got a whole lot better!

Fresh basil back on the menu!

01/30/2026

Basil crisis 2026! Due to the extreme cold, all 3 lbs of basil that came in this week from 2 different suppliers have been frozen and unusable. We have enough to probably get through tomorrow, but will have to use some quality freeze dried basil on the Margherita, Bolognese, Bruschetta pies for hopefully only a short time. We will be disabling “fresh basil” as an add on topping for “build your own” pies as of now. We appreciate you!
